This section walks through the current GRAVITY workflows. Start by preparing a cellDancer-style long-format CSV, run the two-stage pancreas reference pipeline, inspect generated artefacts such as checkpoints, velocity plots, and TF attention tables, then use the pancreas reference notebook for downstream analysis examples, including a precomputed insulin signaling activity table with the attention-based scoring formula documented in the notebook.
